In Loving Memory

11/27/74 – 9/11/23 – Life, Love, Laughter

It is with very heavy hearts that we announce that our sister, daughter, niece, friend, best friend, mother and BJM Law family member, Staci L. Taylor, passed away peacefully last night at 9pm with her loving and emotional family at her side.

The hours, days, weeks and months ahead will be difficult for all of us and that’s because Staci made it both possible to love her, and impossible to ignore her :). She was a life force who prided herself in doing things her way (which, if you know a Taylor, always turns out to be the right way :)), and while she was an extremely private person, those of whom lives she touched, know that her love and approval was so powerful that it could literally set your mood and that you could actually feel it.

There are so many things to say and that we feel, and we will do that every time we want, and any time we want, because that’s the way she lived – unafraid to speak her beliefs, strong in her convictions, but, above all, protective of all of us whom she loved.

So, wherever and whenever you are inspired, say something, write something, and do something without apology as that’s what she would do. And smile knowing that we all have a little Staci in us. And then, find a way to laugh, as she loved to laugh just as must we loved to hear her laugh.

She wouldn’t want us to be sad, and with time, our tears will be replaced with face smiles, and then, deeper soul smiles as we recall and celebrate her and how she impacted us.

It’s been a difficult year for most of us, as our BJM Law family has been hit hard by loss and sadness. We encourage everyone to talk to someone and take the time you need to deal with the loss that life had deal us. We will all support you and each other as we find our way back to happiness. That will be a different road for each of us, and that’s ok, because that’s what families do.
