Shelly Roberts has been a cornerstone of BJM Law since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of experience and leadership to the firm. Her journey began in the personal injury arena, where she passionately advocated for clients navigating workers’ compensation claims. Over time, her talents and interests led her to the Litigation Department, where she served as Director and made a lasting impact. When the firm needed her to step in and assist in the Finance and Administration Department, she did just that. Her work ethic and ability to adapt to challenging situations led her to her most recent and current role.

Now, as Director of Strategic Solutions and Business Management, Shelly continues to shape the future of BJM Law. Her role blends innovation with operational excellence, allowing her to drive firm-wide initiatives, optimize internal processes, and support strategic growth. Her ability to lead with vision and implement effective solutions has made her an invaluable asset to the firm.

Shelly’s dedication is evident in the departments she’s built from the ground up, her thoughtful contributions to firm policy, and her unwavering commitment to BJM Law’s mission. She’s not only a leader but a trusted mentor and collaborator.Outside the office, Shelly is a proud mother to her son Justin, a U.S. Air Force veteran who returned home after more than a decade of service. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. Her rescue dogs Molly and Sasha bring joy to her life and are beloved members of the BJM family, often visiting the office and brightening everyone’s day.
