David graduated cum laude with a degree in American Literature from Middlebury College in 1976, where he was named a Charles A. Dana Scholar and played varsity soccer and basketball. Following a ten year career of teaching and coaching in New York, New Hampshire and Connecticut, David graduated in 1986 from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is a member of the Hartford County Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
David has had his successful jury verdicts in personal injury cases included in The Connecticut Law Tribune’s Top Verdicts of 2009 and 2012. His verdicts have also been published in The New England Verdict Reporter.
David lives in Burlington with his wife, Bev. He enjoys most sports, particularly golf and biking, as well as reading and creative writing. He has also studied guitar for many years. David has two children, both of whom are attorneys.
