Raised in Brookfield, Connecticut, Brittany grew up with a deep appreciation for fairness, connection, and helping others. Those values naturally guided her toward a future in the legal field. Brittany earned a Bachelor’s degree in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University, where she discovered a genuine interest in how law shapes everyday life. Wanting to better understand the systems and people behind those laws, Brittany went on to complete a Master of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of New Haven which allowed her to gain advanced insight into criminological theory, justice administration and the evolving challenges within the legal field.

Throughout her career, Brittany has worked with a variety of small law firms focused on business and civil law, environments that offered both challenge and hands-on learning. In these roles, she supported attorneys through detailed case research, drafting legal documents, and guiding clients through processes that can often feel overwhelming. Working in smaller firms offered Brittany the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities early, collaborate closely with clients, and understand the human side of legal work. We are lucky to have her in the BJM family where she is now an integral part of the personal injury team.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending free time writing. Whether it’s journaling, creative projects, or simply getting thoughts down on paper. She also loves attending concerts, finding energy and inspiration in live music, and exploring new restaurants in search of great food and local gems. These moments of creativity, connection, and discovery help Brittany stay grounded and bring a thoughtful, balanced perspective to both life and work.
