Shanna Kay Palmer

Born and raised in Jamaica under the care and guidance of her older sister, Sasha, Shanna completed high school at the age of 16. She then migrated to the United States, where she pursued her higher education, culminating in a bachelor’s degree in legal studies in 2020.

Shanna immediately launched her career as a Paralegal, quickly developing valuable legal and interpersonal skills. While proud of her professional accomplishments to date, Shanna defines her greatest achievement as the continuous pursuit of personal growth—striving every day to evolve into the young woman who is a source of pride for both herself and her sister.

Driven by passion and loyalty, Shanna is devoted to the people in her life. She is energized by helping others and believes in bringing smiles to faces, guided by the philosophy that positivity makes the heart live longer.

In her free time, Shanna is an avid reader and enjoys outdoor activities outside of the winter season. Though she is naturally reserved, she welcomes the opportunity to meet new people and engage in conversations to exchange perspectives, knowledge, and experiences.

Shanna cherishes spending time with her family back home in Jamaica, but while in Connecticut, she finds joy in the companionship of her beloved cat, Summer. A delightful fun fact is that Summer, despite being born in the winter, was named for her warm and sunny personality. In a wonderful example of office connection, Summer recently welcomed her first litter of kittens, and several of our cat-loving employees were proud to become their new owners.
