Gail H. Williams
Human Resources Generalist
Hired in November 2019, Gail serves as the HR generalist for the Firm. Gail brings over 30 years of business experience in the areas of Sales, Sales Management, Learning and Development, Non- Profit, Project Management and Human Resources.
She comes to us with a wealth of experience as she has held positions with several major corporations. Most recently she worked at Subway Franchise World Headquarters where in which she was a project manager analyzing performance, creating sales strategies, and assessing risk for 42,000 franchise restaurant locations.
Gail is also an Adjunct Instructor at Norwalk Community College – where she teaches Project Management and Starting a Small Business. She graduated with a BBA in Marketing/Sales Western Connecticut State University – Ancell School of Business Danbury, CT and is an award-winning author that has written several books. Gail served on the Connecticut Board of Trustees for the CT State University System for 12 years and served on the WCSU Alumni Association. As an alum of WCSU she has raised over 100k with her Alumni Circle and Friends Campaign since its inception.
Coaching Youth Track and Field Athletes is Gail’s passion. So much so, that she Co-Founded the Danbury FLYERS. She has been coaching for over a decade. Gail has developed, Conference, State, National and International champions- as evident of her Girls 4x200m relay Teams earning a 3rd place honors at the prestigious Millrose games. In addition, she can also boast that her girls Sprint Medley Relay Team ranked #1 in the country in 2018. Gail also is a certified USATF Official and serves as the Recruiting and Mentoring Coordinator of the CT Federation of USATF.
Gail resides in Danbury with her husband Greg, her 2 children and her mixed breed rescue dog Tori. She is a proud mother as her son Shaun is a D1 college wrestler, and her daughter Kimberleigh is an honor student and talented track and field athlete for Danbury High School as well as a Millrose Game winner.
