As a licensed Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Adjuster, Sandra possesses a truly comprehensive understanding of the claims process from both administrative and advocacy perspectives. This unique background allows her to meticulously prepare cases, conduct thorough legal reviews, and, most importantly, gently guide clients through the often-confusing complexities of workers’ compensation law.

As a Hearing Representative, Sandra confidently appears on behalf of our clients at administrative hearings. She presents cases clearly and effectively and ensures that each client is well informed of the outcome. She works in close partnership with attorneys and clients to gather crucial evidence, prepare documentation, and support every matter with the utmost professionalism and care.

Sandra’s unwavering commitment to legal service is built upon a strong academic foundation. She earned an associate’s degree in legal studies and human services from Naugatuck Valley Community College, followed by a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Quinnipiac University, where she strengthened her expertise in the field.

Beyond her impactful legal career, Sandra has proudly served as the Alderman for the City of Waterbury’s 5th District since 2015, where she tirelessly advocates for community needs, supports local initiatives, and champions civic engagement. She is also a dedicated member of the South End Neighborhood Association, contributing actively to local development and outreach efforts. When she steps away from her busy schedule, Sandra loves to travel and cherishes time spent with her friends and family.
